It's not often I'm motivated enough to actually write in about something, but in this case I think I have to. Be warned- not only did my Sunbeam microwave break within 6 months, but then the customer service stonewalling and un-helpfulness was off the charts. If you want to save yourself some potential customer service aggravation, avoid buying this or any other sunbeam product.

we bought this locally, at target or walmart or some such (ours is branded Sunbeam, but it's the same micro). fine little microwave for a year and a half. but now- nothing. appears to work fine, everything is normal, it just doesn't heat anything at all. zero. zilch. too bad. off to buy another...
